This apartment is situated in a typical lane in the old part of La Playa, decorated with a lot of plants and colors, about two minutes to go to the beach Playa la Calera. Shops and restaurants are nearby.
The apartment is on the third floor of the house and contains of two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other one with two single beds. There is a third room with bed sofa, so the apartment is equipped for up to five persons. In the kitchen you find a dining table, there are two bathrooms. On the balcony there are table and comfortable chairs to relax. The top level terrace also is at your disposal, equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. It offers a nice panoramic view.
The indicated price is valid for 1-2 persons, every further person older than two years pays 6,-- Euros/night in addition. The final cleaning is 30,-- Euros.

Downstairs in the building there are shops and a restaurant at the corner. The apartment Casa Laura is situated over a boutique. It is equipped for up to 5 persons and consists of three bedrooms. In the part downstairs you will find the very well equipped living-kitchen with access to a small balcony facing the street, two bedrooms (three single beds) and one bathroom. In the upper part there are one bedroom with double bed and the second bathroom as well as the terrace. Washing machine, dish washer, oven, Spanish TV and Wifi are at your disposal.
