The Apartaments Heliconia are located beside the street between La Calera and La Playa facing the banana plantations. The house consists of 6 apartments which are very good equipped. Three of them are situated downstairs and three upstairs. The apartments are bright, spacey and tastefully designed. The big top level terrace shows a panoramic view and also sea view. It can be used by all the guests, but also every apartment has its own balcony.

This house consists of two apartments on the first floor, one studio on the second floor and a top level apartment with a big terrace. It is situated in the calm part of La Puntilla beside the banana plantations, about 2 minutes to go far from the beach. The two apartments are spacy, lightful and tasteful equipped. Each has a seperate sleeping room, a big living area with sleep sofa and american kitchen, bathroom. The balcony shows to the banana plantation and the upper valley. It is on the second floor and contains of two bedrooms (one with double bed and access to its own balcony, the other one with a single bed. There is one bathroom and a spacey living kitchen with another two balconies. The apartment is very well equipped: kitchen with cookware, living area with SAT-Tv and Wifi, bed linen as well as towels for to take to the beach.
The balconies offer sea view and views up to the mountains, equipped with tables and chairs.
The indicated prices are valid for 1-3 persons, the final cleaning is 40,-- Euros extra.
