The Apartaments Heliconia are located beside the street between La Calera and La Playa facing the banana plantations. The house consists of 6 apartments which are very good equipped. Three of them are situated downstairs and three upstairs. The apartments are bright, spacey and tastefully designed. The big top level terrace shows a panoramic view and also sea view. It can be used by all the guests, but also every apartment has its own balcony.
The Apartment Nº 5 is situated in the middle of the first floor apartments and consist of one sleeping room with window to the staircase, bath and spacey living-kitchen with access to the balcony with sea view.

Each of them consists in a bedroom, living kitchen with bed sofa, bathroom, a small inner court and own terrace on the top. This offers a nice view over the bananas to the sea and the local part La Playa. The equipment of the apartments is simple, the situation very beautiful and quiet. The indicated price is valid for 1-2 persons.
