The house consists of two apartments, one studio and a top level apartment with a big terrace. It is situated in the local part of La Puntilla beside the banana plantations, about 2 minutes to go far from the beach. The two apartments are spacey, lightful and tasteful equipped. Each has a seperate sleeping room, a big living area with sleep sofa and american kitchen, bathroom. The balcony shows to the banana plantation and the upper valley.

Quiet and central, the JARDIN TROPICAL is situated in the local part of La Playa, in a dead-end street, only a few minutes walk from the beaches, bars and restaurants.
The eight flats for 2 to 4 persons are between 25 and 42 square meters. All flats have their own outdoor area with beautiful views. Each kitchen has a cooker, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathrooms have modern equipment, shower trays and plenty of natural light.
The beautiful flat La Casita in the Tropical Garden offers a comfortable accommodation for up to four people during your holiday in La Playa. A sunny patio and a small panoramic roof terrace create style in the La Casita flat.

The apartment is located in the complex El Cieno in the local part of La Playa, called Camino de la Playa del Inglés. It is central to restaurants and shops, the beaches Playa la Calera and Playa del Inglés.
