This comfortable house is suitable for until two adults. It is located in the local part of La Puntilla, a nice and quiet place at only one minute walking distance from the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with terraces suitable to relax and take sun baths.
It contains of a sleeping room with two single beds, a large living room with two doors towards the terrace, a very good equipped kitchen and a luminous bathroom with shower.
Manuel’s house has a very large covered terrace extending the living area.
A washing machine, WIFI, and a TV with satellite channels are at your disposal. It is an absolutely non smoker house, including the terrace. -
The Finca La Platanera in the local part of La Puntilla offers two independent accommodation units, each equipped for 1-2 people, Casa La Platanera and Estudio La Platanera. Each unit has a large private terrace where you can enjoy the quiet and the beautiful surroundings.
Casa La Platanera is a little house, situated in between the finca. It has its seperate entrance and consits of a kitchen, bathroom and a big room with sleeping area and living area. On the big terrace which is equipped with table and chairs as well as sunbeds you can enjoy the quiet and the nature. The beach of La Puntilla is nearby.
When the owners come to their private house, they bring their dog with them. He moves around the entire finca, please don't be alarmed, he is not snappy.
The indicated price per night is valid for 1-2 persons.
