La Puntilla Nº 1 is a new studio. It contains of a double bed, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a small living area with access to the internal terrace (no sea view). The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, an outside shower and a washing machine. The studio has a second private terrace accessed via the stairwell. From here you can enjoy the best views of La Puntilla beach and the sunset. The studio also offers high-quality double glazing on the windows, the upper windows can be opened electrically, air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV.
