Estudio La Platanera BAJO has 25 square meters and is located inside a banana farm, in a very quiet and natural environment in La Puntilla. The studio is situated on the ground floor, (without any stairs to access) and surrounded by a garden area, It has a large terrace with beautiful views of the estate. It is a very cozy room, with double bed, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. The terrace covered is equipped with a table and chairs, a sink and a private barbecue. It is an ideal accommodation for one or two persons.
When the owners come to their private house, they bring their dog with them. He moves around the entire finca, please don't be alarmed, he is not snappy.
