It is located in Casa de la Seda, about 2.5 km from the sea up the valley to the right of the road and surrounded by green areas. Ideal as a starting point for walks or visits to the beach. The Apartaments Heliconia are located beside the street between La Calera and La Playa facing the banana plantations. The house consists of 6 apartments which are very good equipped. Three of them are situated downstairs and three upstairs. The apartments are bright, spacey and tastefully designed. The big top level terrace shows a panoramic view and also sea view. It can be used by all the guests, but also every apartment has its own balcony.

This house consists of two apartments on the first floor, one studio on the second floor and a top level apartment with a big terrace. It is situated in the calm part of La Puntilla beside the banana plantations, about 2 minutes to go far from the beach. The two apartments are spacy, lightful and tasteful equipped. Each has a seperate sleeping room, a big living area with sleep sofa and american kitchen, bathroom. The balcony shows to the banana plantation and the upper valley. International television (Astra) and WiFi are at your disposal
